I've been so excited to share these images. It's my first Christmas season in the new studio space and so I wanted to do something extra special. My husband and I constructed this large wood cookie backdrop. After hours of cutting and glueing wood (and washing sap from everything in sight), the backdrop was finally complete. I just wish it could stay up the whole year! My entire studio smelled like delicious cedar.
This is my fifth year of holiday sessions and my second holiday portrait event this year. The first event took place in early November at Drysdale's Tree Farm. The outdoor event was a huge success and I absolutely love all of the images. Those photos can be seen here: http://liisasefton.com/official-blog-liisa-sefton-images/outdoor-holiday-portrait-event-at-drysdales-tree-farm
Because I only hold these portrait events leading up to the holiday season, I was excited to offer two options for my clients this year. I plan to offer both events again next year and have already started thinking of set ideas and locations.
Here are a few favourites from my studio holiday portrait event that took place at my Barrie studio.
Enjoy and have a wonderful holiday season everyone!
And finally, my own three lovies. My "why," and the reason I do what I do everyday. Love these girls:
